The heart and soul of The Potter’s House are John and Pansy Young. John and Pansy have a history of investing in Winston-Salem’s poorest families. While serving as a city Police Officer and later as a Prison Chaplain, John became convinced of the need for inner city community development. John has a Masters of Divinity degree from Wake Forest University. John and Pansy chose to move into this vulnerable community a decade ago to better serve their community.
